Rates For Tuition

Depending on age and ability, together we can decide the best duration for lessons. Our rates are based on those which are recommended by the Musicians' Union.

60 mins - £40

45 mins - £32.50

30 mins - £25

Payment is generally made on the day of each lesson via bank transfer or cash. If you would prefer to pay for a block upfront this can be arranged.
Lessons usually happen weekly or bi-weekly. With either choice- consistency is key!

Where Lessons Happen

We are pleased to share that we are now teaching from our beautiful Garden Studio at our private address in Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham. It is a B75 postcode and the full address will be shared upon booking.
Online lessons are also available.

Cancellation Policy

We try to be as fair as possible.

Sickness

We understand that children (and grown ups!) sometimes get sick. If you think that you/ your child is going to be off school/work and won't be able to come for a lesson please contact us as soon as you can, ideally with 24 hours notice. Our first port of call is to rearrange to another date/time. This may mean two lessons the following week.

Holidays and Appointments
If you come for regular lessons, we ask that you please let us know any holiday dates as far in advance as possible, as this will open up slots for other students.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to completely cancel a lesson.

Where a scheduled lesson is not rearranged or is cancelled within the 24 hour period, we will still request payment.

We hope that you can support us by honouring this policy, which allows us to maintain flexibility for you, and keep lesson prices as accessible as possible whilst still keeping our small business sustainable for us.

Our Commitment
Due to the nature of our professional work in other settings, and also occasionally taking time off ourselves, we sometimes need to move regularly scheduled lessons and will always do so with as much notice as possible. This will never incur a charge for you.
